° Contra la resolución que decida sobre la matrícula y expedición de la tarjeta profesional, procederá por la vía gubernativa, únicamente el recurso de reposición, conforme a lo señalado en el Capitulo I, Titulo II del Libro Primero del Código Contencioso Administrativo y normas que lo modifiquen o adicionen.
