El derecho de que trata el artículo anterior será fijado por la Municipalidad y se destinará únicamente a la obra de canalización de los ríos.

Parágrafo

Una vez que se hayan concluido las obras del caso en toda la extensión y satisfecho el costo de ellas, cesara el cobro del derecho de que trata el Artículo anterior.
