LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero.Autorízase al Ministerio de Obras Públicas para llevar a cabo la construcción y el sostenimiento de las obras de defensa de la ciudad de Cúcuta contra las inundaciones del río Pamplonita, por administración directa o por contrato, con personas naturales o jurídicas, como lo juzgue más conveniente.,
