º Los inválidos declarados tales por el Gobierno, o que en adelante se declararen, i que necesitaren o solicitaren ser dados de alta en el cuartel respectivo, se dirijirán, en la capital de la Union, al señor Secretario de Guerra i Marina, i en los Estados al de Gobierno, comprobando su inválidez i su notorio desamparo, para tener derecho a ser admitidos en el cuartel de inválidos.
