Si verificada la compra del globo de terreno a que se refiere el artículo 1° de este Decreto queda algún sobrante de la suma entregada para ello por la Nación, se agregará a la suma votada por el artículo 6° de la Ley 238 de 1938, para construcción de casas para obreros en el "Barrio Obrero" de Girardot.
