Para la aplicación del presente Decreto se tendrán en cuenta las definiciones establecidas para los diferentes servicios domiciliarios en los siguientes Decretos: 189 de 1988 (teléfonos), 196 de 1989 (aseo), 951 de 1989 (acueducto y alcantarillado), 1555 de 1990 (energía eléctrica) y 700 de 1990 (gas).
