Seriedad de la propuesta . La empresa interesada en participar en el concurso deberá presentar con la propuesta una póliza de seriedad expedida por una compañía de seguros legalmente autorizada para funcionar en Colombia, con una vigencia como mínimo igual al término del concurso y ocho meses más y por un valor asegurado mínimo de doscientos (200) salarios mínimos mensuales legales vigentes. (Decreto 4190 de 2007, artículo 12).
