Articulo 2° Cuando el Administrador del Terminal Marítimo y Fluvial, con el fin de prestar mejor servicio, lo juzgue necesario, podrá ordenar que los buques a que se refiere el artículo anterior, ejecuten las labores de cargue y descargue en el puerto fluvial local de Barranquilla, quedando sometidos a los reglamentos y tarifas vigentes en dicho Terminal Marítimo y Fluvial. Comuníquese y publíquese.
