El decomiso será impuesto mediante resolución motivada, expedida por los Jefes de los Servicios Seccionales de Salud y por los Jefes de las Unidades Regionales de Salud, en sus respectivas jurisdicciones, así como por el Ministro de Salud y el Director de Vigilancia y Control del Ministerio de Salud, en todo el país.
