° La Asamblea Departamental se compondrá, de conformidad con el artículo 186 de la Constitución Nacional, de tres Diputados. La asignación diaría de los Diputados, por concepto de dietas y gastos de representación, será fijada por la Asamblea Departamental, con sujeción a lo dispuesto por el artículo 11 de la Ley que por medio del presente Decreto se reglamenta.
