Recibida una solicitud de patente con las comprobaciones de que tratan los artículos anteriores, aparejadas a satisfacción del Inspector de la Pesca, éste le dará curso; si las comprobaciones fueren insuficientes o el Inspector tuviere datos fidedignos contrarios, le negará su aceptación.
