TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. Establece una cuota de defensa de la Industria Bananera equivalente a cinco centavos ($0.05) moneda legal, por racimo de banano recibido para la exportación por el puerto de Santa Marta, y destinase su producido a la campaña de defensa del banano que se adelante por la cooperativa agrícola del Magdalena con la aprobación del Ministerio de Agricultura.
