Art. 8°. A los reos condenados á pena corporal por los delitos de que trata la Ley 43 de 1905, que en su cumplimiento hayan observado buena conducta y que, denunciando que otro ha sido también autor principal, cómplice, auxiliador ó encubridor del delito de que se trata, se pruebe plenamente el denuncio, se les rebajará hasta la mitad de la pena, según su grado de merecimiento y la eficacia del denuncio dado. Esta facultad reside en el Poder Ejecutivo.
