Para el despacho de los asuntos que cursen en la Procuraduría de Hacienda, ésta será considerada como una sección del Ministerio del ramo, y, por consiguiente, el Procurador concurrirá diariamente al salón del Despacho del Ministro a las horas que se le fijen en el reglamento para aquel objeto. Cuando el Procurador está ausente de la capital de la República, concurrirá en su lugar el Ayudante.
