Los Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares que se retiren o sean retirados antes de cumplir diez años de servicio tendrán derecho a que el Tesoro público les pague, por una sola vez, un auxilio igual a un mes de sueldo correspondiente a su grado por cada año de servicio o fracción mayor de seis meses.
