Por el año gravable 2005, la documentación comprobatoria a que se refiere el artículo 8º del Decreto 4349 de 2004, deberá prepararse y estar disponible a más tardar el día 4 de septiembre de 2006. A partir del año gravable 2006, para efectos de la elaboración de la documentación comprobatoria, se aplicará lo dispuesto en el artículo 8º del Decreto 4349 de 2004.
