Del Personal Administrativo

Ley 805 de 2003 · por la cual se transforma la naturaleza jurídica de la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada.

El personal administrativo vinculado a la Universidad Militar Nueva Granada, será: De libre nombramiento y remoción, de Carrera Administrativa o Trabajadores Oficiales.

Son empleados de libre nombramiento y remoción, quienes desempeñen cargos de dirección, confianza, supervisión, vigilancia y manejo. Son trabajadores oficiales quienes desempeñan actividades de la construcción y sostenimiento de obras y las actividades previstas en los estatutos como susceptibles de tal vinculación.
