Datos para el SOGCS . Las EAPB, las Direcciones Departamentales y Distritales de Salud y los Prestadores de Servicios de Salud, están obligados a generar y suministrar los datos requeridos para el funcionamiento del SOGCS, de conformidad con las directrices que imparta el Ministerio de la Protección Social.

Parágrafo

El Ministerio de la Protección Social establecerá los indicadores de calidad del SOGCS que serán de obligatorio reporte por parte de las instituciones obligadas al cumplimiento del presente decreto. TITULO VII. INSPECCION, VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL
