Los Suboficiales Técnicos después de quince (15) años o más de servicio continuo o discontinuo, al retirarse voluntariamente o ser retirados, tendrán derecha a que se les ascienda al grado inmediatamente superior para efectos de la asignación de retiro, sin llenar ningún otro requisito que el que se establece por el presente artículo.
