La Subdirección de Regalías del Departamento Nacional de Planeación procederá a realizar la notificación de la resolución de aprobación del proyecto de que trata el artículo 7º del presente decreto a la respectiva entidad territorial beneficiaria; asimismo informará a la Secretaría General del Departamento Nacional de Planeación para lo de su competencia.
