Los pasaportes oficiales no serán revalidados, con excepción de los expedidos de conformidad con el literal a) del artículo 9º a aquellas personas que por razones de su cargo deben viajar con frecuencia y de los concedidos a los miembros de la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana.
