Fondo de Reserva para la Estabilización de la Cartera Hipotecaria – FRECH. El Fondo de Reserva para la Estabilización de la Cartera Hipotecaria – FRECH fue creado por el artículo 48 de la Ley 546 de 1999, como un fondo-cuenta de la Nación y administrado por el Banco de la República.
