Será competente para expedir el certificado de complementación a la tradición, la Oficina de Registro ubicada en el territorio donde se encuentre la mayor parte del predio de que se trate. En el evento de la segregación de oficinas es competente aquella en la cual reposan los antecedentes registrales del predio en cuestión.
