El girador o cualquier tenedor legal de un cheque podrá establecer en él que se pague por conducto de un banco, banquero o sociedad de comercio legalmente constituida, lo cual indicará por medio de dos líneas paralelas trazadas transversalmente en el anverso del cheque.
