°. PRIMA ESPECIAL. A PARTIR DEL 1° DE ENERO DE 2019, LA PRIMA ESPECIAL DE QUE TRATA EL ARTÍCULO 4° del Decreto 4971 de 2009, para los funcionarios de la planta externa del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, se pagará en forma mensual, así: DENOMINACIÓN CÓDIGO GRADO PRIMA ESPECIAL Pesos colombianos CONSEJERO COMERCIAL 0023 22 12.871.464 CONSEJERO COMERCIAL 0023 18 9.690.407 CONSEJERO COMERCIAL 0023 17 8.947.461 ASESOR COMERCIAL 1060 09 8.574.601 ASESOR COMERCIAL 1060 08 8.159.053 SECRETARIO COMERCIAL I 2102 04 3.144.154 SECRETARIO COMERCIAL I 2102 03 2.985.955 AUXILIAR DE OFICINA COMERCIAL 4851 21 2.548.307 La prima especial a que se refiere el presente artículo constituye factor salarial para todos los efectos, incluyendo los aportes al Sistema Integral de Seguridad Social y base para calcular los beneficios especiales de que trata el artículo 8° del Decreto 4971 de 2009. Esta prima especial se incrementará anualmente de conformidad con lo que disponga el Gobierno nacional.

Parágrafo

Los funcionarios que permanezcan en el régimen salarial y prestacional contenido en los Decretos 1267 de 1994 y 2078 de 2004 y demás normas que lo modifiquen, reformen o adicionen no tendrán derecho al reconocimiento de esta prima.
