° El Ayudante de trabajos prácticos responderá de manera especial por los cultivos que se establezcan en la quinta de La Granja , para lo cual deberá poner al servicio de la Escuela sus conocimiento y todo su tiempo. A cargo del mismo empleado estará, por lo tanto, el cuidado de los semovientes y de los enseres destinados a la enseñanza práctica.
