Procedimiento. Cerradas las votaciones, los jurados de votación de la respectiva mesa, ante los testigos acreditados, harán el escrutinio de mesa ajustándose al procedimiento establecido en el Código Nacional Electoral, y de acuerdo con el instructivo que remita la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
