Autorízase al Gobierno para que por me dio de decreto adopte las medidas que se consideren nece sarias para asegurar el correcto empadronamiento; de los ciudadanos en el próximo censo civil y para establecer las sanciones que igualmente juzgare necesarias, para tal objeto. De esta autorización hará uso el Gobierno hasta el 20 de juli o del presente año.
