° La asignación de prima técnica para el cargo a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se hará mediante decreto del Gobierno Nacional, con base en la solicitud razonada formulada por el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público y conforme con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 602 de marzo 15 de 1977.
