Toda persona que posea licencia expedida de acuerdo con leyes y decretos anteriores, deberá presentarla, ante la respectiva Junta Seccional, con los demás documentos en virtud de los cuales ejercen la profesión, para que esta entidad dicte la resolución de revalidación, si fuere el caso, y la consulte con la Junta Central. Las Juntas en ningún caso podrán desconocer o anular las licencias legalmente otorgadas.
