º. Plazo para el pago de la indemnización . La aseguradora comenzará a pagar la indemnización en la forma establecida en el artículo cuarto del presente decreto, dentro del mes siguiente al día en el cual los beneficiarios acrediten su derecho a percibirla, en los términos indicados en el artículo precedente.
