LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.2.6. Personal de Cubierta. El personal de cubierta está constituido por las personas que desempeñen a bordo actividades relacionadas con la nave, navegación propiamente dicha y las labores de cubierta. Este personal depende directamente del Primer Oficial, salvo las excepciones expresamente señaladas en el presente Capítulo. Los Oficiales de Radiocomunicaciones (Oficiales Radiotelegrafistas y Operadores de Radiocomunicaciones), dependen, para lo de su cargo, directamente del Capitán.
