Quedan sometidos al sistema de aporte, según las prescripciones contenidas en el Decreto 1275 de 1970, los siguientes yacimientos

Las minas de metales preciosos de la reserva especial;

Las minas de aluvión en el lecho de los ríos navegables y en una o en ambas márgenes, así como las que se encuentran en las islas fluviales ;

Las señaladas en el artículo 30 del Decreto 1275 de 1970;

Las solicitadas por las entidades a las cuales se les puede otorgar un aporte.
