Las deudas exigibles por concepto de los impuestos de renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, correpondientes al año gravable de 1969, y exigibles a 5 de agosto de 1970, no pagarán sanción por mora, siempre que se cancelen en su totalidad a más tardar en 31 de diciembre de 1970.
