Decreto 2933 de 1982 · Por el cual se reglamenta el inciso 2º del numeral 8º del artículo 2º de la Ley 4ª de 1981

º. Corresponde a la Junta Administradora del Fondo, c on base en las comprobaciones de las investigaciones adelantadas o en las pruebas presentadas por los familiares

Calificar la naturaleza violenta de las acciones de servicio;

Verificar la relación de causalidad entre dichas aciones violentas y la muerte del empleado;

Conceder el auxilio establecido en el artículo 5º de este Decreto,

Distribuir el auxilio, en cada caso, entre los familiares en la proporción que juzgue más conveniente y equitativa.
