Destinación del recaudo. Los recaudos de la tasa retributiva por vertimientos se destinarán exclusivamente a proyectos de inversión de descontaminación hídrica y monitoreo de calidad de agua, para lo cual las Autoridades Ambientales Competentes deberán realizar las distribuciones en sus presupuestos de ingresos y gastos a las que haya lugar para garantizar la destinación específica de la tasa.
