Vigencia y derogatorias . Este decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación con excepción del artículo 1º que rige a partir del treinta y uno (31) de octubre del año 2001, y modifica los artículos 22, 23, 24, 25, 42, 69, 79, 93, 108 del Decreto 2620 de 2000, el artículo 1º del Decreto 1746 de 2000, el artículo 10 del Decreto 1539 de 1999, adiciona los artículos 26 y 44 del Decreto 2620 de 2000 y modifica y adiciona los artículos 12, 13 y 60 del Decreto 2620 de 2000 y deroga todas las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
