En caso de que algún Profesor, Maestro o empleado del ramo falleciere durante las vacaciones reglamentarias, tendrán sus herederos derecho a percibir el sueldo correspondiente al resto de las vacaciones.

Esta disposición será aplicable a los demás funcionarios que por ley tengan derecho a vacaciones.
