Si los objetos que deben ser reconocidos y registrados estuvieren fuera del territorio a que se extiende la autoridad del funcionario de instrucción, éste requerirá para la práctica de las diligencias expresadas al Juez o funcionario de instrucción del lugar donde estuvieren los mencionados objetos.
