Ámbito de aplicación. La presente Sección se aplicará a las entidades públicas que conforman el Sistema Nacional de Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (SNARIV), encargadas de formular y/o ejecutar los planes, programas, proyectos y acciones específicas tendientes a la prevención, protección, atención, asistencia y reparación integral a las personas que individual o colectivamente hayan sufrido un daño con ocasión del conflicto armado interno, en los términos de lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° de la Ley 1448 de 2011.
