El usufructo se extingue también:

Por la muerte natural del usufructuario, aunque ocurra antes del día o condicion prefijados para su terminacion.

Por la resolucion del derecho del constituyente, como cuando se ha constituido sobre una propiedad fiduciaria, i llega el caso de la restitucion.

Por consolidacion del usufructo con la propiedad.

Por prescripcion.

Por la renuncia del usufructuario.
