º Se presume que el productor mandante efectúa la exportación en el momento en que entrega, a título de mandato, el plátano o el banano de origen nacional a una Sociedad de Comercialización Internacional, para que ésta los exporte. Las fechas de cada una de tales entregas se harán constar en el Certificado de Exportación por Mandato que se expedirá semestralmente.
