Artículo 3° Sujeción al plan de premios. En la realización de los sorteos extraordinarios se deberá observar estrictamente los planes de premios que haya sido adoptados y aprobados por el Ministerio de Salud o la autoridad de vigilancia y control que haga sus veces.
