Dictada la sentencia, se notificará en la forma prevenida en el artículo 131. El expediente deberá ser devuelto al Tribunal o Despacho de origen para su obedecimiento o cumplimiento. Se ordenará, además, comunicar lo resuelto a quien corresponda, directamente o por conducto del Ministerio de Gobierno.

El mismo trámite se seguirá en caso de consulta.
