El profesional de bacteriología acusado será oído en diligencia de descargos ante la Sala Probatoria del Tribunal Seccional Bioético y Deontológico de Bacteriología en la fecha y hora señaladas por este para los efectos y deberá entregar al término de dicha diligencia un escrito que resuma sus descargos.
