° Los estatutos debidamente aprobados por los fundadores serán rubricados por ellos o por el Presidente y Secretario de la Asamblea de Fundadores en cada una de sus páginas, con firmas autógrafas, y en ellos se hará constar el hecho de su aprobación. La firma de quienes los suscriben deberán ser reconocidas ante notario. Cuando los estatutos sean aprobados en una asamblea diferente a la de constitución de la entidad, se deberá allegar en tres ejemplares el acta de la sesión correspondiente.
