Balances extraordinarios : La Junta Directiva puede ordenar en cualquier tiempo que se corten la cuenta y se produzca un balance general extraordinario, pero las utilidades que de dicho documento aparezcan no podrán ser distribuidas en forma alguna aunque asi lo apruebe la Asamblea General.
