amends ley 964/05

Adiciónase un parágrafo 3° al literal a) del artículo 7° de la Ley 964 de 2005, con el siguiente texto:

Parágrafo 3

La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia no ejercerá funciones de inspección, vigilancia o control sobre mercados de valores del exterior y sus agentes o sobre emisores extranjeros cuyos valores sean listados en sistemas de cotizaciones de valores del extranjero. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las atribuciones que en el ámbito de su competencia le correspondan respecto de los sistemas de cotizaciones de valores del extranjero y los respectivos administradores de estos.
