Si el embargo se ha hecho en otra clase de bienes, se anuncia al público la fecha del remate, que no puede ser antes de diez días de la del anuncio si se trata de bienes muebles, ni de veinte, si de inmuebles.

El plazo de diez días puede reducirse prudencialmente por el Juez si las cosas son corruptibles o que puedan mermar. En estos términos se incluyen los días de vacancia.
