º El monto de las obligaciones del ICEL asumidas por la Nación y las que ésta declare extinguidas en virtud de lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto se liquidará mediante resolución. En dicha resolución se imputarán a las obligaciones mencionadas los activos que serán recibidos.
